The Beijing HANG LUN Sports Apparatus Co., Ltd.
produces state of the art titanium bike frames and
other components. Located in a southern suburb of
Beijing the company occupies an area of 20mu, employees
70 staff and produces 5,000 frames per year. This
makes a total production value above 10 millions
. In addition, the company has the flexibility to
scale up at any time.
PRODUCTS
Our company has successfully applied its aerospace
manufacturing experience in titanium alloy technology
to the production of bicycle parts such as frames,
handlebars, stems, etc. .The selection of high-quality
seamless titanium alloy tubes of Ti3AL/2.5V and
the employment of superb welding workmanship results
in high-quality high-performance products. As well
as our standard frames we also build custom frames.
These frames are based upon the rider’s biometrics
and the characteristics that they require in a bicycle.
